Chocolate chip scones
Ingredients:
20 grams of Butter
¾ cup of Milk
I tablespoon of Sugar
2 cups of Flour
½ cup of Chocolate chips
Method:
Collect ingredients
Arrange the oven shelves and set the oven to 230˚c
Sift flour into a large bowl then get 20 grams of butter and
Rub the butter into the flour in till it looks like fresh bread crumbs.
Then add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
Add ¾cup of milk all at once.
And mix until soft dough is formed Take the dough out of the bowl and kneed the dough for 30 seconds.
Then roll the dough out any add chocolate chips to the top then roll the dough up into a swirl.
Then cut the dough to make circles.
Then put the cut pieces on to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Glaze the top with milk.
Bake the swirly scones for 14 minutes or until you think there ready.
They are ready when the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let them rest for 3minuties
Place of a plate and enjoy.
