1 Cup Shortening
5 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Ginger
1 Tsp. Nutmeg
2 Cups Sugar
2 Tsp. Salt
4 eggs
2 Cup Pumpkin
4 Cups Flour
2 1/2 Tbsp. Baking Powder
2 Cups Chocolate Chips
Mix Shortening and Spices. Add sugar gradually until fluffy. Add eggs and pumpkin and mix. Mix in dry ingredients until well blended. Add Chocolate Chips.
Bake 15 minutes -at- 350
