Cream cheese and jalapeno burger

8 1/4 pound ground chuck or better patties

1 package cream cheese sliced in half long way then cut to make 4 squares

2 Jalapeno peppers, chopped course

Lowry's Garlic salt
Black Pepper

Place a patty on your prep surface, place a square of cream cheese in the middle, top with 1 quarter of the chopped jalapenos. Now place another patty on top and seal the edges.

Cook for about 7 minutes on both sides, don't cook too fast or the cheese will boil out. Serve without bread as this is a phenomenal tasting burger. I top mine with yellow mustard.

Nice and low carb

Serves 4
