Candied Sweet Sausage & Rice
Makes 6 Servings

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Smoked Sweet Sausage
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Horseradish

Directions:
1- Cut the sausage into thin slices
2- In a pan combine the sugar, ketchup and horseradish
3- Add the sausage, mixing the ingredients and coating the sausage
4- Cook on high until it reaches a boil
5- Reduce heat to low, simmering uncovered for around 25 minutes or until the sauce thickens
6- Serve with rice
