4 Cups Flour
1/4 cup Water
2 Tablespoons Honey
1/4 cup Basil (dry or chopped)
3 table spoons active yeast
3 tea spoons sugar
3 table spoons salt
1/4 cup oil

Mix Lukewarm 1/4 cup of Water With 3 table spoons active yeast + 3 tea spoons sugar.
Let yeast sit until it blooms.
While waiting prep flour by mixing with basil and salt.
Once yeast is ready mix with flour add honey and oil. Add more water slowly until soft. Mead for about 3-4 minutes then cover with damp cloth for 45 minutes.
Make balls out of dough using flour on hands and add additional flour to cutting board/counter and roll out adding flour. Oil pan and place rolled out dough on top. add ingredients and cook at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
