Sweet maccaroni salad

Ingredients:
1# corkscrew maccaroni
1/2 green pepper diced
4 carrots shredded
1 small onion chopped
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
2 cups mayonaise
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Boil maccaroni until tender. Mix mayonaise vinegar and sugar. Add maccaroni and remaining ingredients. Chill 8 hours or overnight.
