Crazy Cake

Ingredients:
375g all-purpose flour
400g white sugar
6g salt
9g baking soda
45g Unsweetened cocoa powder
180ml vegetable oil
30ml distilled white vinegar
10ml vanilla extract
475ml cold water

Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, salf, soda and cocoa powder together into a 9x13 ungreased cake pan. Make three wells. Pour oil into one well, vinegar into the second and vanilla into the third well. Pour cold water over all, and stir well with fork.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes, or until skewer comes out clean. Frost with your favourite icing.
