Sesame Chicken Dip

2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
4 teaspoons sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
3 (8 ounce) packages of Light Cream Cheese
8 green onions, thinly sliced
2 cups baby spinach
1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped
1 (10 ounce) jar sweet and sour sauce
sesame rice crackers.

1. In a large resealable bag, combine the soy sauce, sesame oik and garlic.
2. Add the cooked shredded chicken to the bag.
3. Seal bag and turn to coat.
4. Refidgerate for at least 1 hour.
5. Spread light cream cheese on a large serving platter.
6. Top cream cheese with chicken mixture.
7. Sprinkle sliced green onions, chopped peanuts, and baby spinach on top of chicken mixture.
8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
9. Serve with crackers.


My wife and I were invited to an appetizer party and my sister-in-law brought this dip and an experiment. She had found the recipe on Food.Com who had it submitted by a reader from the Taste of Home Website. This recipe was excellent and a great appetizer.
