crunchy corn salad

1- 15 1/4 oz can of fiesta corn.
1- 9 1/4 oz bag of chili cheese fritos.
1- 8 oz bag of shredded cheese.(mexican cheese or 3 cheese blend).
1- cup chopped green onions.
3- tablespoon mircale whip.

Get a big bowl.Drain the corn.Add drained corn to the bowl.Then add fritos in bowl.Add cheese to bowl.Add the green onions in bowl. Add miracle whip and mix well.If the salad is to dry to you,add more miracle whip to your taste.You can add 1/2 cup of white onions to salad mix if you love onions.It gives the salad a extra crunch.It serves about 4 to 6 people or about 5 cups.

If you can't find the fiesta corn just get some sweet corn and cook on stove with chooped up green and red bell peppers.Cook until bell peppers are soft.Then drain and use it instead of the fiesta corn.This recipe is great for Fourth of July.
