Fresh Fruit with Raspberry Lemon Cream

1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup frozen raspberries, drained, reserve syrup
1/2 cup cream, whipped
1 tbsp. sugar

Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add lemon peel, lemon juice, raspberries and about 1 tbsp. of the syrup to loosen cream cheese. Beat cream with 1 tbsp. sugar and fold it into the raspberry mixture. Refrigerate until serving time. makes about 1 1/2 cups dressing

On a large platter, arrange attractively, various freshly sliced fruits. Cut them in wedges, such as apples and pears, in slices, balls, sticks. Dip all fruit in orange juice to prevent it from darkening.

This lovely dressing is especially good with bananas, peaches, strawberries, melons, apples or pers. Decorate the platter with lots of green leaves and set the dressing where it is surrounded by fruit.
Serves 4.
