Dilled Crab Spread

Dill Crab Spread

1 cup crab meat, flaked
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream or plain nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon dried dill
2 green onions, including some tender green tops, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
dash of hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt

In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients. Cover and chill several hours before serving. Yields about 1 3/4 cups.
