Espresso Vodka

2 cups vodka
1/4 cup espresso beans, ground

Combine vodka and espresso in a jar. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 day and up to 2 days.

Strain vodka through several layers of cheesecloth into a large glass measuring cup. Using a funnel, pour vodka into a sterilized bottle. Seal and refrigerate.
Yields about 2 cups.
