Mediterranean Dill Swordfish

Mediterranean Dill Swordfish

4 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 tbsp. cilantro
1 tbsp. dill weed
1/2 oz. scallions, chopped
juice from one lime
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
2 ozs. white wine
salt and pepper to taste
2 ozs. feta cheese
4. 8 oz. swordfish steaks

Combine the first 8 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Grill fish. Top with Mediterranean mixture. Then top with crumbled feta cheese. Broil fish until the cheese is browned.
Serves 4.
