Olive Pimiento Nibbles

2 stalks celery
6 pimiento stuffed green olives
3 tablespoons chopped pimiento
1 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
paprika for garnish

Clean celery stalks and cut stalks in 1 inch pieces and set aside.

Finely chop olives and place in a small bowl. Add pimiento, cream cheese and mayonnaise, mix well.

Stuff each celery piece with the cream cheese mixture and dust with paprike. Arrange on a small plate or use as a garnish on a platter of assorted canapes.
Serves 4.
