Mozzarella Spinach-Mushrooms Florentine

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 10 ounce packages frozen spinach, cooked and drained
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium skillet, melt butter. Add onion and mushrooms, and saute for 5 minutes. Stir in spinach, cheese, salt and garlic salt, and
transfer mixture to a greased 9 by 9 inch baking dish.

Bake for 20 minutes.
Serves 8.
