Cottage Corn Cheese Dumplings

1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup dry powdered milk
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

In a sealable plastic bag, combine cornmeal, flour, dry milk, baking
powder, cumin, and cheese.

At Cottage, add half a cup of water to the ingredients and mix well. Drop by the spoonful onto bubbling soup. Cover soup pot tightly and keep liquid at a steady simmer. Check after 10 minutes.

Dumplings should be puffed and springy to the touch.
Serves 4.
