Jalapeno-Hoisin Glazed Pork Skewers

1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon minced fresh jalapeno
1 1 pound whole pork tenderloin, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
salt and pepper to taste
1 small pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1 inch cubes wooden skewers, soaked in water at least 30 minutes
cooked Asian noodles or rice

Prepare a hot fire in the grill. Combine the hoisin, ketchup and jalapeno and set aside.

Season the pork cubes with salt and pepper. Thread the pork and pineapple onto skewers, grill over direct heat about 4 minutes, turn and glaze with hoisin mixture. Continue cooking just until the pork develops a rich brown color, about 8 to 10 minutes altogether.

Serve with hot noodles or rice.
Serves 4.
