Spicy Cumin-Cilantro Butter

8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon salt

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Will keep up to three days in the refrigerator or frozen for 2 to 3 weeks. Bring to room temperature before serving.
Yields 1/2 cup.
