Southwestern Black Bean Chicken Salad

10 cups torn romaine lettuce
1 15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
1 1/2 cups red or yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup bottled Caesar salad dressing or homemade
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro or parsley
1/2 cup broken tortilla chips

In a large bowl, combine the romaine, black beans, chicken and tomatoes.

For the dressing, in a small bowl whisk together the salad dressing, chili powder and cumin. Pour the dressing over the salad. Toss lightly to coat.

Sprinkle with cilantro and tortilla chips.
Serves 4.
