Party Shallot Sour Cream Dip

2 shallots, cut into pieces
2 cups sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons of parsley
1 teaspoon of dill
2 cups of raw bite sized vegetables, optional
snack crackers optional
mini rye or pumpernickel bread slices, optional

Mix the first six ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Serve a vegetable platter, crackers or bread slices.
Serves 6 to 8.
