Pastrami Sandwiches With A Twist

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
3 cups red cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 1/2 pounds pastrami, thinly sliced
1 pound provolone cheese
1 package rye bread

Mix the first eight ingredients until well mixed.

Spread on the rye bread, and top with the pastrami and cheese, cut into wedges and serve.
Serves 8.
