Sour Cauliflower

Sour Cauliflower

1 cauliflower
1 tbsp. lemon juice + 1 tbsp. orange juice
3 tbsps. olive oil
salt, pepper

Clean and cut cauliflower into regular pieces. Cook for 10 minutes in
salted boiling water. Drain, keeeping 2 tbsps of water. Mix orange juice and olive oil, mix into cauliflower with salt and pepper to taste, and serve.

If it's too dry, add 2 tbsps. of water, previously kept aside.
Serves 4.
