Cheddar-Olive Tart
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups cream
4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup sliced black olives
salt and pepper to taste
prepared tart shell
You can either bake this in 1 large tart shell or 4 smaller ones.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs lightly and mix in all other ingredients.
Pour into prepared shells.
Bake 30 minutes for a large shell, 20 minutes for smaller ones.
Serves 6.
