Watermelon Rum Daiquiris
8 cups frozen watermelon cubes
1 cup light rum
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 cup Triple Sec liqueur
4 cups ice cubes
Process the watermelon, rum, Triple Sec and lime juice in a blender until smooth, scraping down the sides occasionally.
Add the ice in batches and finish until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses.
Yields 8 servings.
