Cucumber and Onion Salad
1 cucumber
1 sliced sweet onion
Peel and slice cucumbers very thin. Add sliced onions. Just add olive oil and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
If you like herbs, sprinkle some of your favorite fresh herb on top.
Serves 4.
