Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Muffins

Sour Cream Chip Muffins

1 1/2 cups flour
2/3 cup sugar
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
5 tbsps. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup mint or semisweet chocolate chips

In a bowl combine the first 5 ingredients.

In another bowl combine the egg, sour cream, butter and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients just until blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 3/4 full.

Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until it tests done. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
Yields 12 standard or 6 jumbo.
