Sicilian Pork Chops

1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/4 tsps. garlic powder
3 tbsps. bread crumbs, italian style or seasoned
1/4 tsp. salt
4, 6 to 8 oz. pork chops

Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat. Combine all the ingredients except for the chops.

Dip the chops into the mixture and rub until the chops are well coated.

Grill for 10 minutes on each side or until the are completely cooked.
Serves 4.
