Sweet Curry Cheese Dip

8 oz brick cream cheese

12 oz sharp cheddar cheese spread (Merkt's or Shullsburg brands are good)

2 tsp Penzy's Spices sweet curry blend

10 oz jar mango chutney (Major Grey's brand is good)

1/2 bunch of green onions, chopped

In a bowl, mix cream and cheddar cheeses and curry until well blended. Mound mixture onto a plate and coat evenly chutney. Sprinkle with green onions and serve with crackers.
