Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Peperoncino

Ingredients:
For 2 serves
160 g of spaghetti
1 fresh garlic
2 fresh chili
Olive oil
Fresh Basil, fresh oregano, fresh thyme
Breadcrumb

Directions:
Cut the chili and the garlic "leg", and put into a pan with olive oil. Cook for 3/4 minutes (to cook but to not burn the garlic). Cook the spaghetti inside a pan with salt boiled water for many minutes indicated on your spaghetti box, strain the pasta and put inside the pan with garlic and chili. On high heat, add breadcrumb and a mince of fresh herbs and cook for 1 minute, just enough time to make the breadcrumb crisp. Serve immediately with a line of olive oil above. Enjoy.
