Ingredients
200 g plain flour
3 eggs
275 ml milk
2 table spoon olive oil or
(vegetable oil)
1 tsp salt

Direction

Preheat the oven 220c degrees.Pour the oil
to baking tray and heat.Put the flour in a bowl add the eggs and salt.mix well-dot-combine milk and Whisk thoroughly with an electric hand beater or hand whisk. Leave to stand for 10 minutes.
Pour mixture in to a tray and baking 20- 25 minutes more or until golden brown.serve with jam.
