1 Dozen Hard-Boiled Eggs
1 lb. Celery
1 (15oz.) Can Black Beans
1 (15oz.) Can Green Beans
1 Quart White Mushrooms
4 Medium Pickles
2 Cups Mayonnaise
2 TBSP Milk
1/4 Cup Mustard
2 TBSP Pickle Juice
1/4 Cup French Dressing
1 tsp Sugar

Serving Size: 12

Total Prep/Cook Time: 30 min (approx)

Start by boiling water in a large pot. Dice Celery, Mushrooms, and Pickles. Open and drain Black Beans and Green Beans, rinse. The water should be ready to boil the eggs. Mix all Vegetables in a large mixing/salad bowl. Once Eggs are boiled, Remove Yolks from Whites and place yolks in a separate mixing bowl. Combine Yolks with Mayo, Mustard, Milk, Pickle Juice, and French Dressing. Dice the Egg Whites and toss with Vegetables. Next fold Dressing mixture into Vegetable/Egg mixture. Add Sugar and mix well.

*Serve as a side, on Toast or Sandwich Bread.
