Mamma Rose Italian Spaghetti Sauce

Serves 5-6 Prep time: 15 min. Cook time: 30 min.
Ingredients:
1 (28oz.) can Hunts crushed tomatoes
2 (8oz.) cans Hunts tomatoe sauce
1 (6oz.) can Hunts tomatoe paste
3 fresh cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons Italian seasonings
1 pinched crushed red peppers
few snips of fresh parsley
4 sliced fresh mushrooms

Directions:
In a large skillet combine the crushed tomatoes, tomatoe paste, tomatoe sauce, sugar, balsamic vinegar, garlic, italian seasoning, oregano, mushrooms, red pepper flakes and fresh parsley. Stir all together and simmer over low heat for at least 30 minutes (for best flavor.) - Stir frequently to prevent burning.
