EZ Crockpot Fried Chicken by Sherri

3 chicken breasts
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. French's French Fried Onions
1/4 c. egg whites
1/2 c. bbq sauce

Dip chicken on both sides into egg whites so they are wet on both sides. Put corn flakes and french fried onions into baggie. With rolling pin crush into crumbs. Place chicken 1 by one into the baggie to coat on both sides. Place chicken on a dish until all coated.

Heat large skillet with oil at medium/high heat. Brown on all sides.
Once they are browned and slightly crisp add a small amt. of bbq sauce. Remove from skillet, set aside.

Pour remaining oil into crockpot on low pour 1/2 of remaining crumb mixture on top of oil. Place chicken in crockpot. Pour the rest of the bbq sauce onto chicken. Let cook in crockpot 6-7hrs Serves 3
