Avocado and shrimp verrines

Ingredients:
2 Avocados
1 clove of minced garlic
1 lime
½ lb Shrimps (51/60)
4 tsp sour cream
Tabasco
Chervil
Pink peppercorn
Salt, pepper

Preparation:

Cut the avocados in half, remove in the seed and scoop out avocado from the skin. Using a fork mash the avocado and mix it with the minced garlic.
Add the lime juice and a bit of Tabasco or any of your favorite hot sauce (as desired). Add salt and pepper, mix well.

Peel the shrimps. Cook them, you can either boiled or grilled.

In the verrines, add some of the avocado and shrimps on top. Add a tsp of sour cream on each along with a few pink peppercorn and Chervil.

Serve cold.
