  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli corned beef
  • 8 ounces refrigerated sauerkraut
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Place cream cheese, sour cream, and Swiss cheese in slow cooker. Coarsely chop corned beef and add to cooker. Add sauerkraut. You will not be able to stir at this point. Cover and cook for one hour on high.

Add Worcestershire, milk and garlic to cooker and stir until combined. Cover and cook for 30 more minutes or until hot.

After it's hot you can continue to cook for another 30 minutes without a change in taste. After that, remove the dip from the heat. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve with crackers.
