Maple Nut Truffles

1 1/2 c chocolate chips
4 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 c podered sugar
3/4 tsp maple flavoring
1 cup chopped walnuts

Melt chocolate chips. Cool. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add chocolate and maple. Beat until well blended. Chill 15 minutes or until firm enough to handle. Shape into one-inch balls. Roll innuts. Store in air-tight container in fridge.

Yields 2 1/2 dozen.
