B.B.Q. crab cakes

Ingredients:
2 ½ cups crushed bbq potato chips
1 lb. lump crabmeat, remove shells
1/3 tarter sauce
1 ½ tablespoons horseradish mustard
½ teaspoon white pepper
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
2 tablespoons butter; melted
½ lemon
Parchment paper sheet
Directions:
Preheat your broiler. In a medium bowl; combine the crabmeat, mustard, tartar sauce, peppers, melted butter and potato chips together. After the mixture is thoroughly mixed together, form six patties and place them the broiler lined with parchment paper. Broil the patties for about 3-4 minutes or until browned. While still hot, squeeze lemon juice from lemon half onto patties. Plate and serve.
