Strawberry Classic Pound Cake

1 cup butter (room temperature)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup whole buttermilk
8 oz. sour cream
5 eggs
1 tablespoon imitation strawberry flavoring
1 teaspoon butternut flavoring
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon rum flavoring
1 teaspoon maple flavoring
1 (3.5 oz.) box instant Strawberry gelatin
Preparation:
In a large mixing bowl; cream butter, sugar, sour cream and all flavorings together until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. In a medium sized bowl whisk together all dry ingredients. Start to alternate between buttermilk and dry ingredients; while adding to egg/butter mixture. Beat all ingredients together thoroughly, but be sure not to over beat. Pour into an angel food cake pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350 f. Check for doness by inserting a toothpick in center of cake. Cake is done when toothpick comes out clean. Allow pound cake to cool 20 minutes in pan. Remove from pan and allow cake to finish cooling on a wire rack.
