1 1/2 cups flour
2 eggs
Blend together flour and eggs. Add water to proper consistency. Knead 5-10 minutes on floured surface. Roll dough paper thin and fold over into fourths. Slice paper thin. Boil noodles half recipe at a time in salted boiling water about 5 minutes. Drain
