Easy Ham and Cream Cheese Spread

This is a great way to use up leftover sliced sandwich ham when you are tired of eating plain sandwiches. Adjust ingredients depending on how much leftover ham you have.

Leftover Ham, any kind
Cream Cheese, softened
Garlic Powder
Minced Onion, fresh or dried
Sweet Pickle Relish
Celery, finely diced
Worcestershire Sauce
Tabasco Sauce (optional)
Mayonnaise (optional)

Process ham in food processor until finely chopped. In a bowl, stir together ham and remaining ingredients. If you prefer a creamier spread, add a little mayo now. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Serve with crackers or on crusty bread.
