- 1 cup nonfat dry milk
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 3 tablespoons softened butter
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process until completely smooth. Pour into a covered container and place in the refrigerator until well chilled and slightly thickened. Use anywhere sweetened condensed milk is called for. Store leftovers in the refrigerator in a covered container for up to 1 week. Mix well before using.
