White Chocolate Haystacks

1 block white chocolate
Chow mein noodles
3/4 to 1 cup regular peanuts

Melt white chocolate in double boiler. Add 1/2 can (or a bit more) of the chow mein noodles and the peanuts to the melted chocolate. Spoon onto wax paper to cool.

Mom didn't tell me specific measurements. Just to use enough noodles and peanuts for the amount of white chocolate used. This is a favorite of my husband's, who isn't a "sweets" type person.
