Easy Peanut Butter and Chocolate Oatmeal

Ingredients:
35 grams (about 3 1/2 tbsp) of instant/quick-cooking oatmeal
210-250 ml (about one glass) of lowfat chocolate milk
18 grams (about 1 tbsp) of natural unsweetened peanut butter
dash salt (optional)
dash cinnamon (optional)
How to make:
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate milk and instant oatmeal.
2. Microwave until the oatmeal is just set, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes (the cooking time might vary on each microwave)
3. Stir peanut butter and salt (optional) into the bowl, and then microwave again for 1/2 to 1 minute.
4. Sprinkle cinnamon (optional) over your oatmeal, and enjoy.
Other informations:
*The oatmeal should be about 350 to 400 calories, depending on the nutritional calue of the chocolate milk.
*If you don't have any lowfat chocolate milk, you could try mixing lowfat/ skim milk with 1 heaping teaspoon of cocoa powder and 2 tsp sugar, brown or white, or even no-calorie sweetener.
