SUPERFAST CHEESECAKE

INGREDIENTS

1 Graham Cracker Crust (purchased)
1 brick of cream cheese
1 can of condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 Cup lemon juice
glazed cherries (garnish)

Beat together the cream cheese and the condensed milk until really creamy. Add in the 1/3 C. of lemon juice and blend thoroughly. Add in the vanilla.

Pour above mixture into the graham cracker crust. Garnish with glazed cherries or whatever you wish to use on top of cheesecake. I use melted strawberry or raspberry jam.

Enjoy!

Chill in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
