Dean"s Turkey Leg Rub

3 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons Paprika
1 teaspoon ground pepper
Mix in 5 tablespoons canola oil

This will cover 7 to 10 large Turkey Legs
rub on turkey legs. Place in BBQ Pit with heat at 245 cook for 3 to 4 hrs with internal temp at 165. Mix some salt and pepper in oil so you can brush on every 45 mins until done. This will make the skin cripy and give them more flavor.
