chocolate eclairs and custod

Ingredients
2 oz butter
1/2 cup of flour
pinch of salt
3oz self razing flour
2 large eggs
2 cups of chocolate chips
custod (poptional
method
bring watr,butter and salt
slowly to the boil and
immediately add flour.
beat untill mixture leaves
the side of the pan.
remove from heat and when cooled
add eggs 1 at a time. spoon onto
a tray with baking paper on it and
bake at 210 degrees celcius for 40
minuets.
if you desire hollow out your dipped
eclairs
next pour the chocolate chips into
a bowl and microwave until melted
then when your eclairs are finished
dip them into the chocolate and
refridgerate.
if you desire hollow out you eclairs and
stuff them with custod for a better
result.
