Sweet Potato Casserole

Casserole
3 Cups Sweet Potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup flour
3 TBL butter (melted)

Directions:

Mash sweet potatoes with sugar, salt, eggs, butter, milk & vanilla until mixed together.

Pour in Pan (2 quart casserole dish or 11/7 rectangle pan)

Mix topping in a separate bowl.

Spread topping over sweet potatoes. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-60 minutes (until potatoes are bubbling hot and topping looks toasted brown.
