  • 1 cup dry spaghetti pasta, broken into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup diced Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can (15 ounce size) cream-style corn
  • 1 can (15 ounce size) whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion, more if desired

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 2-quart baking dish.

Combine the dry broken pasta, diced cheese, cream style corn, whole kernel corn, melted butter, and onion in a large bowl. Mix well.

Transfer the corn mixture to the greased baking dish and cover with foil. Place the dish in the oven and bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 30 minutes or until the pasta is tender and the casserole is bubbly in the middle.

Serve hot.
