  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 can (10.75 ounce size) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 2 cans (11 ounce size) Mexicorn whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 package (5 ounce size) cheesy scalloped potatoes mix

Grease a 4-6 quart crock pot.

In a bowl, whisk together the milk, water, and cheese soup until blended. Stir in the potatoes.

Combine the potato mixture, ham, and corn in the crock pot and stir gently to mix.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
