Pistacchio Salad

1 small package pistacchio pudding mix
1 small tub of cottage cheese
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 container cool whip

Drain pineapple.Add other ingredients to pineapple. Stir until somewhat smooth. If you like it really smooth try putting cottage cheese through food processor first before mixing.
